面粉300克,红豆1碗,红糖200克,酵母4克
做法:
1.红豆用清水浸泡3个小时,放高压锅中压熟。如果觉得麻烦,也可以买现成的豆馅。

2.红糖加热水搅拌匀,至红糖溶化。待温度下降至不烫手。

3.面粉中加入酵母,用温热的红糖水活面,发酵至2倍大。

5.饧发的面团放到案板上揉一揉排气。搓成条状,分成小剂子。
